A little knowledge about Dark-roasted Oolong Tea
What is Dark-roasted Oolong Tea?
Charcoal roasting is an age-old technique that involves slow-baking tea leaves over charcoal fire. This process enhances the tea’s natural flavors while adding a distinctive smoky nuance. The result is a bold, full-bodied tea with a warm, toasty aroma and a subtle sweetness that lingers on the palate.
Why it is so good to make drinks?
When used in milk tea, charcoal-roasted oolong creates a harmonious balance. Its robust character holds up well against the creaminess of milk, while its roasted notes complement the sweetness of added sugar or honey. The aftertaste is long and satisfying, leaving a memorable oolong essence that sets it apart from ordinary tea bases.
What beverage does it usually make for?
Recommended drinks: Milk cap tea, milk tea, explosive lemon tea, tea latte, and more.
