Making process:
Pour tea soup, milk, cream, frutose & icecubes into a shaker to sake, after adding some crystal pearls or tapioca pearls to enhance the taste.

Traditional Milk Tea


This is a classic and essential drink for any milk tea shop - the most beloved pearl milk tea. Typically, it is made using black tea as the base and combined with chewy pearls, creating a delightful and delicious beverage.




SOP Details

Material used:
Tea soup: 160ml, milk: 30g, cream: 30g, frutose: 25g, ice cubes: 140g, tapioca pearls: 80g.
Making process:
Add pearls into the cup; pour tea, milk, condensed cream, fructose, and ice cubes into the shaker, shake well and pour into the cup.

Bobo Bingbing Milk Tea


This particular variation replaces the traditional pearls with refreshing and crispy boba, making it a highly compatible pearl milk tea option as well.

Making process:

Material used:
Tea soup: 300ml, Perfume lemon slice:2 pcs,
Orange slice:3 pcs, Cantaloupe melon slice: 2 pcs, Watermelon slice:2 pcs, Strawberry: 1 pc, fructose:40g; ice cubes: 150g.
Making process:
Place fresh orange slices on the inner wall of the cup, then add cantaloupe, watermelon, and lemon slices in sequence. In a shaker cup, add golden sugar, tea, ice cubes, and cover it with the shaker lid. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. After shaking, open the shaker lid and add passion fruit pulp sauce. Stir briefly with a stirrer, then pour the mixture into cup.

Super Mango Pomelo Sago

Mango Pomelo Sago is a refreshing beverage that combines the flavors of mango, pomelo, and sago pearls. With its tropical taste and delightful texture, it is a truly satisfying and enjoyable drink.

tea liquid:150ml, Mango:180g, Coconut milk:30g, Whole milk:30ml, Sago pearls:100g, ice cubes:150g, fructose:35g
Making process:
Step 1: Add 60g of mango and 120g of sago pearls to the cup.
Step 2: Pour 120g of mango, coconut milk, milk, tea, fructose, and ice cubes into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the cup. Finally, decorate with mango chunks and pomelo flesh on top.

Super Watermelon Fruit Tea

Matcha Mango Bingbing Le

Matcha Mango Ice Blend is a refreshing combination of matcha and mango, creating a cool and invigorating beverage that offers a delightful blend of flavors.

Material used:
Matcha powder: 6g, mango: 80g, ice cubes:280g, fructose: 50g, hot water: 20ml.
Making process:
Step 1: In a shaker pot, combine mango and 80 grams of ice cubes. Stir well and pour into a cup. Next, proceed with the matcha step. In the shaker pot, add matcha powder, 200 grams of ice cubes, sugar, and hot water. Stir well and pour into the cup. Finally, top it off with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
