Dragon Well Green Milk Tea

Material used:

60g thick milk,25g rock sugar syrup,200g tea broth,180g ice cubes,Matcha cheese milk cap,Pistachio crumbles

Making process:
Add tick milk, tea broth, rock sugar syrup and ice cubes into a shaker. Shake vigorously until well combined, then pour into a serving cup.
Skim off the foam. Top with matcha cheese milk cap and sprinkle pistachio crumbles as garnish.


Dragon Well Ice Green Tea

Material Used:

60g Ice Blanc Milk, 30g chilled simple syrup, 200g tea base, 200g ice cubes.

Making Process:

Add the milk, tea base, simple syrup, and ice cubes into a shaker in order. Shake well by hand, then pour into the serving cup. Skim off the foam before serving.
